In this first series, my work consisted in establishing a parallel between the marble Vert de mer  and the beetle. I used ancient oil and glaze painting techniques to mimic the marbre , to construct three different paintings each using the same color palette.
 Nature uses multiple and varied metaphors... you just need to pay attention and a little imagination. 👀 
 The price shown is for the three paintings which can also be sold separately.
